Vegan cherry cheesecake doesn't contain lactose, gluten, eggs, sugar or any other additives..
*Mix 3Tbsp of coconut oil, 3Tbsp of raw cacao and 3Tbsp of coconut syrup. Pour into silicone cupcake cups, and freeze for 45min.
*Full fat coconut milk 1/2 cup
*Juice of 1 lemon
*Agave nectar 3 Tbsp
*Soaked cashews 2 cups
* Drain the cashews and place them in a food processor along with cherries, lemon juice, coconut milk and agave. Process until smooth. Pour the mixture on top of the crust, and spread evenly. Freeze for 30min. Serve.
