Soup For The Soul & Immunity - RAW

If you are interested in a healthier diet, try my raw immunity soup. It strengthens your immune system and is tasty as well.

The exposure to cold temperatures suppresses the immune system, so it's very important to include foods that are high in vitamins and minerals, in our daily diet. Whenever I feel a cold coming on, I just make myself this immunity soup, with garlic, tomatoes and chili, as the main ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1L  water - heat up to 45 degrees.
  • 2 tsp  lemon 
  • 1/2  red bell pepper 
  • 6  dried tomatoes 
  • 1 clove  garlic 
  • 1/2 tsp  chilli 
  • 1 tbs  salt 
  • 10  cashews 
  • 4 dates
  • 1 tsp  olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp  basil
  • optional - tofu

Method:
Blend everything until smooth.
