
Looking at the life of my ancestors, people who were over 100 years old, I am trying to discover the secret of longevity, vitality and health.
Part of the secret is contained in the dietary habits of my grandmothers, who ate natural food, avoiding the modern industrial diet.
Because of my perfect health and vitality in the 6th decade of life, I believe that the only real food for human body is natural food, in its perfect primal form.
Although busy with my very complex managerial commitments, I also manage to take care of the quality of my food and life. I start my day with green juice, and continue it with raw food meals and recipes, which I share every day with the public through a variety of media.
My favorite raw smoothie recipe contains bananas, apricots, leaf of angelica and a little rosemary. This is a refreshing tonic for vitality and a healthy metabolism.
